Corrections and editorial questions

Write to [email protected]. Corrections get priority. If a guide describes a screen that no longer looks like that, an install step that has changed, or a figure that has moved, send the page address and what you saw — that is enough to act on.

Guide requests and everything else

Use [email protected] for suggestions, partnership questions, or anything that is not a correction. Replies usually go out within a few working days.

What this desk cannot do

• We have no access to your Olymp Trade account, your balance, your verification status or your withdrawals. Only the operator's own support can act on those, and it is the right first stop for them.
• We do not send installers, APK files or download links by email, and we will never ask you for a password, a one-time code or a document. Any message that does so is not from this site.
• We do not give financial advice or tell you what to trade.

Reporting an app that looks wrong

If you have found a listing or a download page that presents itself as the official Olymp Trade app and looks off, send it to the editorial address with a description of what you saw. We will treat it as a pattern to warn readers about. We do not publish accusations against named companies, and we do not republish links to files of unknown origin.
